The Leading Stakeholders course is designed to help participants better understand and lead the numerous stakeholders that impact their working environment.  Stakeholders are defined during the first lesson, and then during subsequent lessons, a process for managing and leading stakeholders is fully outlined.  Finally, a detailed plan for leading each stakeholder group will be developed by the participant.
